Call for abstracts!

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION DEADLINE: June 25, 2020 11:59PM CST

ABSTRACT REQUIREMENTS & DEADLINES

You must register for the meeting prior to submitting an abstract.
Abstracts must be submitted with the intention that they will be presented if selected.

Length: Limit 500 words (not including title, authors, and affiliations)
Figures: DO NOT includes figures or tables.
Late Submissions: Late submissions will only be considered for posters.

Abstract Selections

A committee will review and rate each abstract. Abstracts will be selected for talks, posters, or both. Those chosen will be notified via email the week of July 8th.

POSTER PRESENTATIONS

All posters will be on display during the entire symposium, but presenters are asked to stand at their poster during the poster session.

POSTER Display and printing

The display space is 40in x 40in. You may choose to create a longer poster to hang down past the display space, but please keep within the width restriction since there will be two posters displayed per board.

Free onsite poster printing service is available. Deadline for printing is August 21st. Staff from TGC will set up all posters in their designated space. Push pins and/or other materials will be provided on-site.
